Responsibilities: • Connect with clients from various lead sources to establish relationships and understand their real estate needs • Convert incoming calls into appointments, and conduct VIP presentations to clients in person • Prepare and submit offers that are beneficial to the clients, considering their preferences and requirements • Negotiate offers by ensuring the best price, favorable terms, and necessary due diligence • Accompany clients to closings, providing support and guidance throughout the process • Attend regular team meetings and trainings, both in-person and via Zoom • Follow proven best practices to repeat successful outcomes and celebrate achievements with the team Qualifications: • Real Estate License requiredPersonal accountabilityBe a team player - WE is bigger than ME, see abundance as the potential • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth • Sales experience and success in achieving your goals • Strong time management skills • Willingness to LEARN new tools, systems, and technology • Self-motivation to tackle consistent actions Compensation: $102,000+ Commissioned position
