Responsibilities: • Ability to sell a candidate on the opportunity according to their personality types • Ability to pivot mid-conversation to close a candidate • Daily cold and warm recruiting prospecting to schedule prospective recruiting meetings with Team Managers • Contact independent real estate agents to communicate the advantages of affiliating with the Company and convey the Company’s agent value proposition • Use available resources to target agents and manage the candidate pipeline • Respond promptly to prospective agents and team members • Maintain recruiting database and work to achieve recruitment metrics • Ability to hit targets set by management • A hunger and drive to earn a large income Qualifications: • Real Estate License requiredHigh School or equivalent. Bachelor's degree a plusMust be a local selling agent with at least 3 years experience • Telephone prospecting experience preferred by not required • Excellent computer experience with CRM system or similar database • Ability to make at least 50 cold calls a day • Exemplary customer service skills • Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work effort • Proficient with Microsoft Office products and remote collaborative tools Compensation: $100,000 + Commission Based Position
