Responsibilities: • Analyze market data and use it to develop methods for meeting financial targets, designing marketing plan deliverables, and developing an annual sales forecast • Oversee market research to remain competitive • Plan and direct sales team training • Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation strategies • Contribute ideas to the creation of promotional material • Seek new and unique sales opportunities Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required • Displays a proven track record of sales success by lead-generation and closing • Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills • Knowledge of computer-based software such as Microsoft Word and Excel • Must have relevant experience of 5+ years as a sales professional, preferably in the hospitality field Compensation: $100,000 +
