    QUALITY BUS & TRUCK PARTS ONLINE SALES & MARKETING ASSOCIATE POSITION TITLE: Online Sales & Marketing Associate DEPARTMENT: Sales ACCOUNTABLE TO: Sales Manager SUMMARY STATEMENT: To assist with all major online functions related to the sale of used parts and assisting with phone sales. This is not a remote position, it is a 100% in the office. MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

    1. Answer online inquiries in a prompt and courteous/helpful manner and work with customers in all aspects of order taking, service scheduling, and processing. This will require the ability to clearly communicate via phone, email, text, as well as a willingness to learn Quality’s products and inventory software.
    2. Assist customers with online parts lookup, pricing, availability, research, sourcing, and order entry. This will require some mechanical/parts knowledge and a continued emphasis on learning medium duty vehicles/buses and diesel engine/parts, as well as the parts lookup software.
    3. Oversee all online selling platforms and work to grow sales on a regular basis. This will include creating and maintaining parts listings on advertising and media platforms like Google Ads, Craigslist, Facebook, My Little Salesman, TPI, iTrack, eBay and others.
    4. Oversee our online website and help to implement an online shopping cart.
    5. Process online returned parts, warranties, and cores in a timely and professional manner.
    6. Work with IT to track and monitor ad and site traffic, improve SEO and work towards greater online visibility.
    7. Perform other duties, as assigned by the Manager, which may include research and development, assisting with phone and in-person sales, assisting with the design and delivery of marketing/sales flyers, attending trade shows, and others.
    8. Provide shipment tracking and invoicing via email followed up with satisfaction surveys and review requests.
    9. Maintain and update social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), blog and vlog posts. Maintain a working knowledge of company products, services, and procedures. This will include regular evaluation, training, and promotion of new products.
    10. Make sure reviews are gathered and properly posted to Google, our website and other social networks.
    11. Suggest improved methods and practices for business operations when experience and common-sense dictates. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid MN Driver¡¦s License. Must be organized, clean, and detail oriented.
