    Creative, organized and tech-savvy administrative assistant needed for busy & energetic Real Estate agent to help grow our business, and improve my client's experience before, during and after the transaction. Must be an organized, efficient & detail-oriented multi-tasker, have excellent verbal communication and creative writing skills, be tech and social media savvy, plus be able to work as part of a Team & willing to pitch in where needed. Experience or license in real estate a plus. No selling is involved but must enjoy helping and interacting with our clients. Please submit a cover letter and resume when prompted Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area • Managing clients, their files, inventory & databases to create raving fans. • Input listings, prepare for client appointments, service lead generation systems • Coordinate, develop and implement marketing campaigns and marketing calendar • Tracking marketing data • Prepare presentations • Help write email campaigns and other marketing materials • Enhance our social media presence • Assist in blog posting • Maintain and update our web presence • Test and implement new ideas & strategies • Generally, run the office in an efficient & productive manner. If you know of a better way to do something please share as we learn new things daily Qualifications: Communicates well, both verbally and written Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents • Real Estate Experience is a Plus • Tech and Social Media Savvy • Able to drive around to appointments • Organized and detail-oriented • Required Education High school or equivalent Our ideal candidate is a go-getter, superb organization skills, a knack for customer service and has had 3 years or more in an administrative role.
