Sitter needed for 2 school age children one of whom has special needs in Mechanicsville, VA.

One of the children has Aspergers and ADHD among others diagnoses; so training in behavior management is a must. Need someone who has a strong and strict personality but is very loving at the same time. Must be able to follow a schedule and implement behavioral techniques taught by the therapist. Candidate will interact with the two children on a daily basis both indoors and out and stay off personal computer/phone. Hours will vary daily due to work schedule, but will be from approximately 2:30 PM to 6:30/7:00 PM. Hours could be 20-30 per week or more for the right candidate. Looking for someone who has some flexibility to come when school is out or has an early release. Occasional weekends possible. Applicant has to be 18 with a good driving record and be willing to transport back and forth between extra curricular activities. Also must undergo a criminal record check and child sex offender background check.
