    Jenny Rutherford Real Estate is looking for a marketing assistant for our office and several other brands we manage to help cultivate and enhance our public relations, online local and social media presence! This person will be responsible for creating all marketing materials for the real estate company as well as several associated vacation rental companies. The ideal candidate has experience with Mailchimp, Canva, Facebook Ads, Nextdoor, Planoly, and all social media platforms. They will be handling all Public Relations for the real estate brokerage and related businesses. This person needs to have an eye for aesthetics and composition. For the real estate company, this person will coordinate all photoshoots and video/drone shoots for our listings. You will then stage the property and help coordinate any repairs that need to be done ahead of time. You will matterport the entire property (3D Tour) on the day of the photoshoot. Once we get marketing materials back you'll be responsible for creating the marketing campaigns and distributing the information through email and social media outlets. For vacation rentals, you'll help with marketing for open availability to help get the properties booked. You'll help market and manage the Bachelorette party businesses that we have created as marketing tools for the properties. You'll also be responsible for coordinating community projects and client appreciation gifts. This person will send press releases for important events and projects that we want to showcase to the community. You'll also create and order promotional items to promote the company brand. This person must be an excellent multitasker and have exceptional organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and strategic thinking skills, unrivaled attention to detail, a deep understanding of brand representation, expertise in speaking in an authentic voice and the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines are essential. The ability to create multimedia content that people love and share with their networks is likewise essential, as is the ability to invent creative solutions to demand generation and reputation management challenges. The ideal candidate will also excel in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and champion a positive team approach to working with partners. Responsibilities: • Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely • Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, email marketing campaigns, and social media campaigns • Develop agency team events and then promote them on social media channels • Has a creative, fresh approach to social media posts and responds in a timely manner to all followers • Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current • Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorming initiatives • Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of the company brand Qualifications: • Knowledge of Mailchimp, Canva, Facebook ads, Nextdoor, Planoly, Bitly links, etc. preferred • Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Knowledge of all social networking platforms • Real estate experience is helpful, but not required Compensation: $40,000 yearly
