Responsibilities: As a Personal Assistant, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at supporting the owner and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Here's what you can expect: Managing Communications: • Fielding phone calls, emails, and messages on behalf of the owner, and providing timely responses or forwarding important matters as necessary Scheduling and Coordination: • Organizing the owner's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and ensuring all arrangements are in place Personal Shopping: • Assisting with personal shopping tasks, whether it's for groceries, gifts, or other necessities while adhering to the owner's preferences and budget **Home & Office Organization: ** • Keep the owner's home and office organized. Assist with decluttering, closet and cabinet organization. Ensure the owner has adequate supplies at all times as requested Running Errands: • Handling various errands such as picking up dry cleaning, dropping off packages, or managing deliveries as needed Travel Arrangements: • Making travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing travel itineraries Pet Care: • MUST LOVE ANIMALS! Helping owner with 2 small dogs and 1 cat as needed. Taking dogs on walks, feeding and bathing animals, making veterinary appointments and transporting animals to the vet Document Management: • Keeping track of important paperwork, documents, and files, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible when needed Assisting with Special Projects: • Providing support on special projects or tasks as assigned by the owner, which may involve research, coordination, or other duties Maintaining Confidentiality: • Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times General Assistance: • Providing general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and other administrative tasks to facilitate the owner's workflow Flexibility and Adaptability: • Being flexible and adaptable to handle unexpected requests or changes in priorities, and willing to assist with duties beyond the outlined responsibilities as needed Building Relationships: • Developing strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration Representing the Owner: • Acting as a representative of the owner when necessary, both internally and externally, and upholding their professional image and reputation By effectively managing these responsibilities, you'll play a crucial role in enabling the owner to focus on their core objectives and operate more efficiently Qualifications: • Previous experience as a personal assistant or customer service-related field preferred • Must Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong customer service and social skills • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills • Follows instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion • Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license • Candidates must currently be located within 20 minutes of Tybee Island, GA to be considered. This is an in-person position, no remote or work-from-home candidates need to apply Compensation: $15 hourly
