    We’re in search of a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to support our team in accomplishing our marketing objectives. An excellent fit for this position is a team player who is a dynamic thinker with creative ideas that is detailed in tracking media spend over several venues to track performance and confident to advise direction for successful ad spend. Responsibilities: • Conducting research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data • Establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars, and organizing and planning promotional presentations • Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines to leadership • Planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events and meetings • Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed • Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers • Reviewing current marketing campaigns and reporting on key KPIs and conversion rates and optimizing for success within budget • Analyzing websites, social media, paid ad campaigns, and all other marketing sources to evaluate the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support Qualifications: • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns; both traditional media and digital • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills • Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field or 5 years of work-related experience • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
