JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Front Desk and Gym Floor Representative at Jersey Strong, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all members and guests. We are looking for individuals who are positive, punctual, and detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide friendly and efficient front desk customer service to all members and guests in person and over the phone

Accurately process all daily transactions

Conduct club walkthroughs and inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met

Perform additional gym floor support duties as assigned or directed

Follow company policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18 years of age or older

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working with diverse groups of people

Ability to adapt to changing situations and multitask effectively

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS

Hourly wage of $14.13
