The role of a Group Training Instructor at Jersey Strong is to deliver friendly, entertaining, motivating, effective, and safe group training experiences to all members – and through exceptional delivery of structured group training programs, increase member participation to room capacity.

The Group Training Department at Jersey Strong is responsible for providing outstanding group training experiences to thousands of members every single day. Two powerful components that have made Jersey Strong become synonymous with World Class Group Training are our Group Training Instructors and our Group Training Class Programs.

As a Group Training Instructor, you’ll become a professionally educated World Class Exer-tainers. Not only will you instruct the class, but you will actually perform for the class. Our ongoing education and our structured pre-choreographed class programs will enable you to perform your class in an entertaining and engaging way.
