    Estimate —- Create estimates using the information from measurement reports

    Send an estimate to the homeowner or insurance company
    Follow up to make sure the estimate was received and reviewed

    Contracts
    Prepare the agreement with the information provided by the sales rep

    Request approval, and send the agreement to the client
    Follow up to make sure it was received and approved

    Preparation is key:

    Docs
    Applying and paying for permits

    Uploading permits and receipts into CRM
    Ensure that all the documentation is uploaded: measurements, estimate, signed, contract, permits, etc.

    Ins
    For claims, our team will follow up with the insurance company and the adjuster.

    • It is important to note that most of the time, the homeowner will take care of the claim. Sometimes, the roofing company will take care of it, and sometimes, they will hire a public adjuster to handle it

    Order mateyqlm
    After the contract is signed and all the documentation is in order, we order materials and create an order material form

    Reach out to the supplier to ensure the order was received

    Schedule
    Install

    Follow up with supplier a few days before delivery to validate delivery date

    Schedule crews based on availability

    Post - Sales Support:

    Supplementing
    The project manager (sales rep) is responsible for reporting any extra expenses. Once the supplement is ready, we will:

    Send supplement to insurance company
    Follow up with the insurance company to make sure it was received and reviewed
    Follow up with the insurance company to know if it was approved and when the money is going to be released

    Invoice
    There are several tasks related to invoicing and collections we can work on:

    Creating and sending invoices using QuickBooks
    Creating and sending an electronic payment request through the CRM
    Scheduling a check pick-up with the homeowner
    Following up with the insurance company to know if payment was released
    Following up with homeowner regarding payments due via email
