The Executive Assistant will serve as the team leader’s right hand and will collaborate in order to execute the vision of the business. Responsibilities: Organize, manage, and grow client databaseCreate and implement systems to increase efficiency in overall business functionalityExecute marketing campaigns to generate leads (newsletters, emails, social media)Assist in planning and coordinating client events and open housesProvide five-star customer service throughout the sale and beyond in order to increase retention and referral businessUpdate, assemble and deliver pre-listing and pre-buyer packetsMaintain organization in all aspects of the businessTrack company expenses to present to an accountantResponsible for front and back-office support, pre-listing and listing management Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Tech-savvy is a requirementReal Estate or related industry preferred Strong written and verbal communication skillsMarketing skills - social media, print, and web-based Exceptional organizational and project management abilitiesGreat ability to focusResourcefulSolution-based attitude and strong problem-solving skillsConcerned about doing things the right wayCalm under pressureLearning-basedService-based attitudeProven ability to succeed Compensation: $35,000 annually
