Job Description

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer experienced in Tableau and SQL to become an integral part of our team! You will help identify reporting opportunities and architect solutions for data analysis of business information.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use Tableau and SQL to visualize customer's sales and service usage data in Oracle database
• Analyze internal and external data through quantitative research
• Communicate findings through standard and ad hoc reports
• Design, Develop, and Test generated reports against actual database
• Promote best practices in data analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ experience in Tableau
• Expertise in SQL script
• Experience with ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
• Previous experience in business intelligence, analysis, or other related field
• Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
