Position Summary

The purpose of the Corporate Soul Intern is to assist the Corporate Soul team in building and improving crew member capability, commitment and performance to achieve our 2020 Vision, execute our strategies and achieve target results-or better.

Primary Outcomes & Responsibilities

• Assist with departmental organization by filing, tracking, scanning, and reporting as needed
• Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new Crewmembers by assistant Corporate Soul team with preparing swag bags for new hires, creating personnel files, track and update incoming new hire paperwork, creating badges, filing documents and other associated tasks, as assigned
• Assist with preparation for interview events by printing materials and preparing interview packets
• Verfify current and past Crewmember employment details, when necessary
• Assist with seamless rollout of new HRIS system by entering data from previous system and relevant creating reports
• Assist in maintaining wage and salary structures/data
• Other admin projects and tasks assigned as needed
