Job Description
COMPANY: Jetsparency ROLE: Client Relations Associate LOCATION: Remote (MUST BE West Coast based) SALARY: $75,000 + Full Benefits
Our team is growing, and we’re excited to be hiring an amazing Client Relations Associate to help take our business to the next level. If you’ve been told you’re an A+ team player, someone whose colleagues consider them to be irreplaceable, then you could be the exact candidate we’re looking for!
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT JETSPARENCY
Our team is composed of passionate travel gurus who are obsessed with customer service and taking care of the people we serve. For decades, our team members have been planning, managing, and booking luxury travel for high net worth families, executives, and entertainers across the world. Throughout the years, we’ve consistently found ourselves frustrated by the lack of transparency when our clients needed a private jet booked. During our tenure in the industry, it has seemed that every time we were researching a charter flight, the lack of transparency provided by utilizing a jet broker often left us wondering if our clients were being taken advantage of, and if they were truly getting the best option at the best price.
In 2020, when our CEO’s friends were chartering private planes during the pandemic, they all said the same thing (which coincidentally was what our team was beginning to think): “Why isn’t there a jet membership that truly has the client’s best interests at heart; something that’s fully transparent, and where the parties involved are not incentivized based on which plane they book for a client.” It was a simple idea, and thus Jetsparency was born. Today, Jetsparency sits at the intersection of white glove service and best in class travel intelligence, supporting a diverse group of clients who rely on transparency and unbiased support when chartering private planes.
THE ROLE
As our client base grows, we are expanding our team and are in search of a talented, detail-oriented, communicative team member to help with client relations and trip management. Think of this role as a hybrid between researcher, travel booker, travel concierge and executive assistant. If this sounds like something you’ve been dreaming of, then please read on!
As you can imagine, once a trip or charter flight gets booked there are countless details that need to be monitored and finalized to ensure our client’s trip goes off without a hitch. Our client relations associate will be an integral part of this process. As they say, the devil is in the details - from booking VIP hotels, to ensuring that flight itineraries are 100% accurate, from changing departure times, to confirming the traveler’s favorite snacks are on-board - this role is all about keeping a keen eye on the small things, making sure that every detail has been thought of with T’s crossed and I’s dotted.
This role is not your typical 9-5 job. Since travel happens throughout the day (and sometimes overnight), our work loads can fluctuate throughout the day. Sometimes work is busier earlier in the day and is quiet in the afternoons. Sometimes we have quiet mornings but very busy evenings. While no two days are the same, we’ve got a flexible work schedule and collaborative work environment to ensure everything gets done in a timely manner, while also ensuring you have proper time to recharge the batteries. To support the occasional after hours and overnight urgent requests each member of our team shares a rotating on-call schedule so that our client’s urgent needs are always covered, even when they come in after hours.
