We are now seeking a Design Consultant, you’ll be the first point of connection for individuals and couples creating some of the most meaningful pieces of their lives. You’ll guide clients through our signature custom design process, helping bring their vision to life with ethically sourced, lab grown diamonds and recycled precious metals. This is more than a sales role—it's about storytelling, deep listening, and co-creating symbols of love that align with our clients’ values and dreams. What You’ll Do:
Guide clients through the full custom jewelry experience—from initial inspiration to the moment they receive their dream piece
Deliver exceptional service with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency, creating a truly unforgettable customer journey
Confidently drive sales while maintaining integrity and care in every interaction
Communicate clearly and effectively to support clients in making informed, meaningful decisions
Apply your jewelry knowledge and understanding of in-store processes to problem-solve and respond to client needs in real time
Manage and nurture leads, moving them through the consultation and design pipeline with timely follow-up and consistent communication
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate order details and seamless execution from consultation to delivery
Maintain a refined, polished showroom environment that reflects the luxury and ethos of our brand
Contribute to a culture of excellence, empathy, and elevated customer care

Compensation & Schedule
Part time position 18 - 30 hours per week depending on availability and company needs
Saturdays or Sunday required and some holidays
1-2 year commitment
$20 - $23 per hour DOE plus profit sharing
