This role is more than a job — it’s the next step toward store leadership. You’ll guide a team that helps customers through life’s big moments, whether they’re purchasing luxury items or securing short-term loans. ✨ What You’ll Do

Lead by example to create a welcoming, high-energy sales floor

Coach your team to close sales while showing empathy during loan transactions

Drive performance through goal-setting, accountability, and recognition

Deliver expert guidance on fine jewelry and luxury items

Support daily operations including inventory, merchandising, and compliance

Train alongside senior leaders

📈 What We’re Looking For

2+ years of leadership experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or high-volume sales

A natural motivator who inspires teams to perform and grow

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Detail-oriented, ethical, and customer-focused

A drive to advance into a Store Manager position

Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

Jewelry certifications (GIA, JA, or similar)

Bilingual (especially Spanish-speaking)

Experience training or mentoring team members
