    We’re looking for a bilingual, high-energy sales closer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves to win. You’ll use your sales skills to negotiate deals, write loans, and help customers get the most for their valuables — all while building meaningful relationships and delivering the Braswell experience.

    What You’ll Do

    Drive sales and grow the business through confident, consultative selling.

    Engage customers with professionalism, empathy, and expertise in jewelry and gold.

    Evaluate, price, and negotiate purchases, sales, and loans (full training provided).

    Write loans, complete transactions, and maintain accuracy in all paperwork.

    Deliver exceptional service that builds repeat customers and long-term trust.

    Keep the sales floor organized, attractive, and ready for success.

    Contribute to a winning, team-oriented culture built on results and respect.

    What We’re Looking For

    Proven success in sales or customer service, preferably in jewelry, luxury retail, or another fast-paced setting.

    A natural closer — confident, competitive, and goal-oriented.

    Bilingual (English & Spanish) strongly preferred to serve our diverse customers.

    Ability to balance sales drive with empathy and professionalism.

    Comfortable handling cash, negotiations, and high-value merchandise.

    High school diploma or equivalent required.
