Responsibilities: • Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling • Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients • Generate repeat customers by persistently following up with existing customers via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication • Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met • Assess the sales team’s progress toward company customer acquisition goals by creating quarterly and monthly sales reports Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Achieving or exceeding monthly sales goals • Building long-lasting relationships with clients • Providing memorable and authentic customer service • Managing inventory and repairs • Custom Jewelry and special orders • Marketing and Social media posts • Assisting teammates and management as needed Qualifications: • 1+ year of sales experience converting qualified opportunities in a sales representative position • Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills • Experience using CRM software as an integral part of the sales process • High school diploma or GED required, college experience is highly valued • Experience and skills in selling luxury items are preferred but not required • Must be goal-driven and self-motivated • Honesty, integrity, and professionalism • Excellent listening skills • Strong drive to meet the needs of clients and our company • Driven to create an exceptional experience for every client • Dependable and success-focused • Exceptional communication and organizational skills • Open to learning new skills and processes • Pride in a job well done • Desire to build a new career Compensation: $29,000 - $45,000 yearly
