Our Hollywood, FL based Accounting firm is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant who is ready for an opportunity, with growth potential, in a dynamic and expanding practice that is over 25 years old.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer and route inbound telephone calls
- Ensure quick response to routine inquiries
- Perform all routine office tasks (i.e. filing, scanning, copying, faxing)
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Organize and provide documents and information, to team members and external clients, in a useful and well-organized manner
- Create and maintain active, electronic and paper, files
- Ensure the confidentiality of both verbal and written information
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Assist all team members in daily tasks
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely well organized and detail-oriented, with strong commitment to accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
- Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
- Ability to work in a paperless environment
- Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Previous experience in a CPA firm
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma/GED and an Associate Degree
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment
- Reliable transportation
- Exceptional organization and follow-up
- Well-versed in the use of computers and office equipment
- Punctual, reliable and have a good attitude and a willingness to work and learn
