    Job Description

    P_OSITION PURPOSE:_

    Assists Marketing and Accounting departments with specific duties; provide communications between Programs and Finance; and office ad-hoc duties.

    MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

    Include the following key areas and duties, which may be modified or increased as necessary:

    MARKETING DEPARTMENT:

    ABLE TO MARKET PROGRAMS AND EVENTS THROUGH DIGITAL PLATFORMS SUCH AS EMAILS, SOCIAL MEDIA AND COMMUNITY CALENDARS.

    • Utilizing software such as Constant Contact for emails and Hootsuite for social media
    • Uploading and curation of YouTube videos
    • Manage a high volume of social media posts for both Instagram and Facebook
    • Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner
    • Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.

    ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT:

    · Complete collections for declined memberships and ECLC tuition (monthly)

    · Mark accounts inactive with declines (monthly)

    · Maintain the credit card changes – CSI Scans

    · Send out transaction statements and special invoices of charges (as requested)

    · Process data on computer to support Camp, Membership and Programs.

    · Complete and distribute weekly camp stats report.

    · Review and process refunds

    PAYROLL SUPPORT:

    · Background checks/audit hiring packages to assure all documents are completed

    · Support Payroll Manager as needed

    ACCOUNTING SUPPORT:

    · Check/change credit card expiration dates (monthly)

    · Camp – audit if families are members or public

    · Membership and ECLC refunds

    · Answer all member questions (as needed)

    · Communicate with members concerning their transactions (as needed)

    MEMBERSHIP SUPPORT:

    · Help with questions on transactions from membership team

    · Provides customer information and support

    PRIMARY RESULTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACHIEVING.

    Other more specific results will be assigned and measured.

    · Transactions are processed in a timely manner with accuracy

    · Tasks are completed from A to Z in a timely manner

    · Social media campaigns uploaded and measured in a timely manner

    · Maintain Merage JCC social media presence and respond within 24 hours to questions on social media platforms (excluding weekends).

    · YouTube/On Demand videos uploaded within 3 days of final edited version approval.
