Working with the Producing Director, the Coordinator will create and run office systems; coordinate, schedule, and take notes at meetings; set up and maintain contact databases; provide administrative support for fundraising efforts; coordinate communications projects including some editing and research; produce events; and support Producing Director with reporting, board meetings, and other organizational tasks as assigned.
