We are looking for a customer service associate to join our team! This individual should have a passion for helping others, the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and great customer service skills. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers and making sure they are satisfied with the results they receive. You will be expected to know brand standards and product information in order to provide service to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed company standards and performance quotas

• Resolve problems and provide solutions

• Provide product knowledge and recommendations

• Keep records of all customer interactions

• Maintain a positive attitude

• Adhere to company policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience preferred but not required

• Public speaking skills
