Job Title: Concierge
Job Type: Full Time, Hourly
Schedule: Must be available mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Duties/Responsibilities
· Manages the day-to-day responsibilities associated with accommodating owner and guest arrivals, departures, and requirements at the main desk of the establishment.
· Responsible for creating and assigning access control cards and fobs.
· Solely responsible for vendor/contractor check-in and check-out processes.
· Answers incoming telephone calls, text messages, and emails in a timely manner.
· Receives, logs, and delivers all incoming packages and deliveries for owners.
· Schedules, cancels, and confirms any work being done in residential units.
· Validates Certificates of Insurance to ensure accuracy.
· Upkeep of the building calendar.
· Receives and delivers grocery and food deliveries.
· Responsible for reviewing camera footage throughout shift.
· Ensures property security throughout shift.
· Transmits and/or receives messages.
· Keeps record of owners on property at any given time.
· Confers with staff members to assist owners as needed.
· Answers inquiries pertaining to condo services and area attractions.
· Handles owner complaints or concerns.
· Maintains records and reports via Building Link.
· Provides access to residential units permitted by the unit owner.
· Recommends services, restaurants, attractions, and curates the living experience for unit owners.
· Make reservations at local establishments upon request of owners.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
Physical Requirements
· Must have excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
· Attention to detail.
· Computer literacy is required.
· Must have a polished demeanor.
