Successful promotional product business seeking a Part-Time Account Coordinator. Tasks include:
Managing inventory for company store programs
Vendor communication
Client management
Order Management
Customer service
Product research
Data entry
Hours will vary by season, we are much busier during the school year (30-40 hours a week), summers are much slower(0-5 hours a week). Willingness to assist in obtaining new clients is a plus. Experience in Adobe Illustrator a plus or in the promotional product industry is a plus. Must be detailed-oriented with good keyboard skills and able to work in fast-pace small business environment wearing lots of different hats. Must be good with basic math to manage inventory numbers. Summers are slower months - job has flexibility to take time off in summers and during winter break in December as well. Some remote work can be done, but vast majority would be in Rolling Meadows.
