Our Farmers Insurance District Office Success Team is looking for a driven and detail oriented CRM System Administrator who's job it would be to implement Salesforce into existing Farmers Agencies.

The ideal CRM System Administrator is a team player, enjoys working hard, exhibits professionalism, is dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations, building relationships, has excellent collaboration skills, is able to learn new technologies quickly and uses their time efficiently. The CRM System Administrator will likely be required to travel to customer sites depending on the customer's needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will have responsibility for a number of assigned agents, maintaining a single-minded focus to ensure clients are extracting the most value out of their Salesforce investment.
• The CRM System Administrator will help translate technical issues into tangible solutions.
• Collaboration with our agents is a primary responsibility, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the platform. 
• Forging relationships with your agents, developing an understanding of their Salesforce implementation, share other agents best practices and act as the point of contact for your agents.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum education: Some college experience or Associate’s degree.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license, but willing to hire and help train the right individual.
