Jim Montgomery Swim is currently looking to hire a qualified coach for our Jim Montgomery Masters Swim program. In this program, swimmers ages 18+ can swim for recreation, fitness and even enter competitions all over the world.

The Masters Coach will provide swimming instructions to swim team members and lead workouts written by Olympic champion Jim Montgomery. Coaches will be responsible for leading practices while maintaining safety and implementing JMMS program guidelines. Practices are held in the Park cities and Richardson from 530am-630am as well as noon-1pm.

Responsibilities:

• Lead workouts as provided to you

• Provides helpful and positive feedback to members on technique

• Attend functions as your are able to support JMMS swimmers and program

• Demonstrate core values of the JMMS program

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 2 years of coaching experience
