    We are seeking a dedicated career-minded individual who is capable of overseeing our Transaction Coordinator you will be the point-person negotiating purchase contracts/requests for repairs and be the direct liaison with all clients. Must have solid problem-solving skills and take a proactive and positive approach when working with escrows and clients. You must be organized, a good communicator - both written and verbal, possess excellent computer skills, have a good sense of humor, be a fast learner, quick thinker, capable of managing 15-20 escrows at one time, be customer service oriented, and willing to work hard and smart.  You'll work in a fast-paced real estate office. We offer an energizing atmosphere in a people-oriented business. You must have dependable transportation with valid insurance. Skill testing is part of the application process.  This is not an entry-level position. You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience that is directly related to Real Estate sales/purchases. Unfortunately, title/loan/escrow officer experience does not qualify. Responsibilities: • Collaborate and strategize with listing agent for maximum sales price • Prepare counter-offers for Seller • Negotiate offers for Seller • Deliver and review offers with Seller • Keep Sellers up-to-date on status of negotiations • Assist in the completion of the cross qualification process • Set clear expectations with Seller • Effectively negotiate request for repairs • Identify and provide viable solutions to escrow problems • Proactively provide Seller and Buyer escrow updates • Maintain a perpetual high level of customer service • Manage 15-20 escrows at one time • Close escrows promptly Qualifications: • MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS' EXPERIENCE THAT IS DIRECTLY RELATED TO REAL ESTATE SALES/PURCHASES • MUST HAVE A REAL ESTATE LICENSE • Proficiency in pre-qualifying Buyer's Agents • Practical knowledge on how to leverage negotiations by using a Buyer’s motivation • Robust negotiation skills • Incomparable ability to cultivate strong business relationships • Implement sound judgment resulting in desired results Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000+
