Job Summary
We are looking for a highly-motivated Dealership Operations Specialist to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, this could be the ideal position for you.
As a Dealership Operations Specialists, you will assist various departments at the dealership with important tasks that require quick turnaround. For instance, your day may start with taking photographs of vehicles that are for sale, give shuttle rides to service customers, rearrange cars on our lot, and check for empty used oil bottles in our service bays. The next day, you may update window stickers on cars for sale, pick up vehicles from a customer's home and deliver them to our dealership, deliver high-priority parts to a body shop, then pick up rental cars from guests at a local hotel. Your day-to-day tasks will change frequently, and no two days will be alike. However, your hustle is what will make the difference to our dealership.
Weekend availability is required. Bilingual/Spanish is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Photograph vehicle inventory for use on our website and other marketing platforms.
Maintain vehicle inventory by updating pricing, staging inventory on our lot, and ensuring that vehicles are clean and fueled up.
Provide shuttle service to customers and/or pickup customer vehicles to bring into our service department.
Help with compliance related tasks, such as waste disposal.
Deliver parts to other businesses
Drive traded vehicles to other dealerships, as well as pick up traded vehicles.
Ensure that our property grounds are clean and maintained, inside and out.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are require
Excellent communication skills
Have pride in your work! A desire to get things done quickly and do them well will reward you.
Job Type: Full-time Wage: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour with optional bonuses based on performance.
