ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE STAFF

Jimway Inc. a manufacturer of quality residential and commercial lighting products located in Rancho Dominguez, CA has an exciting opportunity for ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE STAFF position.                       

As a member of our Accounting Department, you will be working with others having great attitude, highly motivated, well organized, detail oriented and good analytical skills as we lead in contributing to the company’s growth. Your main responsibility is to make sure that daily cash receipt application is correct and complete.  Attend to Customer’s or Credit Dept. queries in relation to customer’s account cash receipt information.

 REQUIREMENT:

• BA degree with Business related major, Accounting major is plus.
• At least two years experience in cash receipt application and internal verification of payment deduction ( .com business payment application is plus).
• Strong concept and experience on doing the internal control on sales credit and shipping discrepancy. 
• Strong PC skills (MS Excel/ Word).
• Good communication skill to follow up with customer and co-worker to settle the pending issues.
• Must be well organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, and have good working attitude and able to operate in a fast working speed team environment.

 MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle daily invoicing, sales updating, and shipping document reconciliation with sales invoice.
• Apply daily cash receipt and verify the short payment.
• Issue charge back or process adjustment to settle AR balance.
• Review weekly RGA, credit and debit memos
• Review shipping documents and prepare the presenting draft for direct shipments with open account or LC term.
• File AR documents.
