    Launched in 2016, Jitjatjo provides fully vetted, intelligently matched, temporary staffing to restaurants, bars, cafes, caterers, venues, hotels, attractions, stadiums and corporate hospitality.     Role

    Recruiting Coordinators are Change Agents responsible for the sourcing, interviewing and hiring experienced hospitality workers seeking flexible work via Jitjatjo. Your objective is to help rapidly grow the Jitjatjo Talent Community while maintaining our quality standards.

    This is an entry-level role in which you will actively source, screen applicants, and onboard new workers - matching their prior work experience to the platform's skills which will ensure they receive gigs they enjoy and excel at.

    The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment. Once hired, you'll be working closely with a team passionate about hospitality, community engagement, human betterment, and ensuring our Talent Community thrives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Positive - Using our technology, serve as the point of contact for candidate inquiries about the platform. Ensure candidates have a positive and memorable experience when applying and interviewing with Jitjatjo.
    • Targeting - Develop a thorough understanding of the roles for which we hire by forming and maintaining an open line of communication with the Sales, Client Success, and Community Management Teams
    • Source - Promote Jitjatjo to potential candidates to help increase applications.
    • Screening - Review applications, assessments, and schedule interviews for candidates that fit the company's hiring needs.
    • Check-ins - First point of contact when potential talent arrives for their interview.
    • Interviews - Conduct in-person interviews with short-listed candidates to ensure quality Talent join the community.
    • Onboarding - Assist Candidates through the process of activating their Talent profile.

    Job Requirements:

    • 1-2 years experience in staffing, recruiting or similar transactional business operations. Hospitality and staffing agency experience a plus.
    • Great communication skills and tech savvy.
    • Detail oriented, positive-minded, and quick learning self-starter.
    • Analytical mindset and passion for problem-solving.
    • Team player who can build internal and external relationships at all levels.
    • Eagerness to take on new responsibilities and challenges
    • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work with a sense of urgency at all times.
    • Exceptional work ethic and motivation to be innovative in a fast-paced startup environment
