SBG Atlanta is hiring a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach to deliver high-quality instruction in a professional, team-oriented academy. Offering Compensation & Benefits • Competitive pay based on experience • Consistent class schedule • Opportunities for growth within SBG Atlanta • Access to ongoing training and professional development • Potential for private lesson income Responsibilities: • Lead Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for adults (beginner to advanced levels) • Teach technique, drilling, positional sparring, and live rolling • Follow the SBG Atlanta curriculum and coaching standards • Provide individual feedback and student progression support • Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive training environment • Assist with competition preparation as needed Qualifications: Required Qualifications • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt preferred (Brown Belt with strong coaching experience considered) • Previous experience coaching group classes • Strong communication and instructional skills • Professional, reliable, and punctual • Ability to work evenings and/or weekends • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Preferred Qualifications • Competition experience • Experience teaching fundamentals or structured curricula • Alignment with SBG training philosophy and values Compensation: $30 - $50 hourly
