What is the position?
The Oracle Developer will be responsible for supporting company applications throughout the software development lifecycle using PL/SQL.

What will you do?
As an Oracle Developer, you will:

• Maintain and develop PL/SQL business applications
• Create detailed plans for software development by analyzing business needs.
• Perform regular tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging on the current business and Web interface applications.
• Serve as a skilled technical guide for modeling and simulation efforts.
• Apply industry best practices for solution design, testing, and implementation.
• Ensure quality, security, and compliance standards are met.
• Evaluate new applications, identify potential system problems and recommend solutions

What are the requirements?

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field
• 8+ years relevant experience
• Energy/ natural gas industry experience preferred
• Experience with Oracle 11.x or higher
• Experience with PL/SQL development
• Experience with GIT, source control tools SVN, Unix/Linux operating systems, DBMS scheduling, and/or agile SDLC
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
