Requirements of the Nurse Practitioner:

• Must have an active NY State License
• Must be Board Certified
• Must have at least 1 year of experience as an NP in Pain Management.

Compensation and Benefits of the Nurse Practitioner:

• The salary for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 / yr
• This is a Full-time, Part-time, or Per-Diem position (minimum of 2 days a week)
