About the Role:

Network 1 Inc is looking for a passionate and motivated Job Coach to join our team in Lawndale, CA! Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one job coaching and career counseling to clients seeking employment

Assist clients with resume writing, cover letter development, and job application processes

Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to improve interview skills

Develop individualized employment plans tailored to each client's skills, goals, and needs

Build and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job placement opportunities

Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support during job search and onboarding

Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in compliance with program requirements

Requirements:

Experience in job coaching, workforce development, career counseling, or a related field

Strong knowledge of local job market, employment resources, and community services

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills

Ability to work with diverse populations, including individuals with barriers to employment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software

Bachelor's degree in social services, human resources, or a related field preferred

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required
