Job Description
As a Job Coach, you'll play a crucial role in supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) in their career journeys. Job Coaches provide on-site mentorship in the workplace, providing personalized one-on-one assistance tailored to each client’s needs. As a Job Coach you will be working with individuals on goals and skills to help them become not only more successful and independent at their jobs, but in their lives.
This is a part-time position between 20-30 hours per week
