Contracted Job Coach – Supported Employment

$25–$30/hour | 7.5 Hours/Week | Monday–Friday, 7:45–9:15 AM | Great supplemental income

Support students in building independence and workplace skills! Bloom Consulting is seeking a contracted Job Coach to work with high school students (ages 14–22) with disabilities as they participate in supported employment experiences.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct support to students at their job sites

• Reinforce workplace expectations and independence

• Communicate with employers, teachers, and Bloom staff

• Track attendance and complete simple documentation

• Ensure a safe and encouraging work environment

You're a great fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or higher (bachelor's degree preferred)

• Have experience working with individuals with disabilities

• Can complete paperwork on time

• Have a clean background check

• Are reliable and flexible with student needs
