As a Field technician, you will be the face of FRSTeam in the field. Compassion, empathy, and patience are key traits of a successful candidate. We seek an individual with strong decision-making skills and the ability to work well with change. Field Technicians must be able to multi-task and show great attention to detail.

General Job Duties:

Drive company van to job sites across North Carolina

Field coordination and communication with customers, adjusters & contractors

Packing, carrying, and inventorying damaged personal property from water, fire, and mold incidents

Remove affected textile items such as clothing, area rugs, and window coverings from homes

Packing and moving duties can include up to full house packouts

Maintain equipment and vehicle cleanliness and readiness

Additional reasonable duties as assigned

Required Experience:

Strong customer service background, professional communication skills, production, people-oriented and highly organized.

Ability to consistently lift and carry up to 35 lbs. daily

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Able to pass a background check
