Qualifications
- Associate or BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
- System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other related fields
- Strong knowledge of systems and hardware, networking software and protocols
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and Kubernetes
- Experience with VMware, hypervisor servers, storage arrays, wireless access points, and standard data center networking equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune, DNS, and related applications
- A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans
- Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communications skills
- 4-6 years of network administration, system administration, and virtualization experience
