Under the guidance and direction of the Program Manager - Career Bridge, the Job Developer works with staff and participants of various Workforce programs to establish partnerships, create job placement opportunities, and build and maintain relationships with business partners. The Job Developer also instructs program participants and assists with participant recruitment and relationship building with current and prospective business partners.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
1+ year of direct service case management, intake, or support experience
1+ year experience in job readiness, employment placement, recruiting, etc.
1+ years’ experience developing business relations with clients and external partners.
Proficient with MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Problem-solver with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Experience working with re-entry and a diverse population.
