    Join our team in Union, Missouri, as a full-time Job File Coordinator!

    SERVPRO of Franklin County seeks a detail-orientated person who can coordinate all aspects of customer jobs from start to finish. Also, someone who demonstrates excellent communication skills as a team player and proven multi-tasker.

    Primary Role:

    Respond to customer calls and perform services according to production guidelines while following “The SERVPRO Way” to ensure all customer needs are met or exceeded. Perform all job file coordinator tasks related to customer calls, job monitoring, tracking, coordinating, and audits of jobs. Create preliminary estimates and job file backup, along with general office duties.

    Other Duties:

    Monitor job files and audit status

    Maintain job files using company software

    Ensure client requirements are followed

    Review and validate initial field documentation

    Maintain internal and external communication

    Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and audit process

    Perform job close-out

    Experience and Skill Set:

    A minimum of two years of business/office experience

    Working knowledge of current business software, e.g. Word/Excel

    Superb customer and administrative service skills

    Experience in writing estimates and/or job file processes a plus

    Experience in commercial cleaning, restoration, and/or insurance preferred

    High School diploma/GED

    Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred

    7:30 am - 4 pm

    Monday to Friday
