As a Job File Coordinator you will assist with scheduling assessment of the work that would need to be completed. You will also work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates.

Responsibilities
Dispatch and schedule restoration teams to incoming leads and projects
Review and maintain scheduling so that appropriate teams are routed accordingly
Perform detailed and accurate data entry
Receive incoming calls about past services, follow-ups on current projects, general inquiries about business, and other routine communications
Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with customers, Managers, Crew Chiefs and Technicians.
Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
Review and validate job site documentation
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience
Knowledgeable and comfortable working with various computer programs
Strong work ethic
Honest and accountable
Strong oral communication skills
High School diploma/GED preferred
Ability to multitask while recording accurate details
Knowledge of our geographical area preferred
Valid driver's license
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
Occasionally – Lifting files, opening file cabinets, bending and standing
Constant – Sitting and typing
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements
This is a full-time position working hours varying between 7:00am-7:00pm, Monday–Friday, minimum of 40 hours per week. This position may require longer hours and flexibility in hours may be needed depending upon the business needs.
