About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize job files from initiation to completion.

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with industry standards.

Coordinate with project managers to streamline workflow and communication.

Maintain and update project schedules and timelines.

Assist in preparing reports and invoices for clients.

Track job progress and address any discrepancies promptly.

Support the team with administrative tasks and data entry.

Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

1-2 years of experience in administrative or project coordination roles.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and job management software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Knowledge of restoration or construction industry is a plus.
