    Reports To: Reconstruction Program Manager

    A job foreperson works with Project Managers, homeowners, and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a job foreperson, you will be the eyes and ears int field for our team of Project Managers. You will communicate expectations to subcontractors and ensure that Paul Davis' high standards are maintained. You will also meet with customers to answer their questions and address their concerns. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects get completed properly.

    Relevant industry experience or equivalent

    Role on the Team (Job Functions):

    Inspect worksites for safety, cleanliness, and quality

    Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

    Communicate with and educate customers about the process

    Participate in local community events.

    Build relationships with key customers – direct and B2B.

    Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesman.

    Before You Can Take the Field: Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions.
