    Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a MANUFACTURING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE in GREER, SC. Our client is a LOCAL TOOL COMPANY. The WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE is responsible FOR ACTING AS A LIAISON BETWEEN COMPANIES AND CUSTOMERS.

    Responsibilities of a MANUFACTURING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE includes:

    • Responsible for multiple customer accounts
    • Provide product pricing and delivery information to customer
    • Perform inventory adjustments, updates and reporting, as required
    • Perform backorders and open order reports
    • Answer inbound customer calls

    Job Requirements of a MANUFACTURING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

    • 1+ years of Customer Service experience
    • Ability to utilize time and resources to achieve goals
    • Ability to work across multiple departments
    • Ability to multitask
    • Knowledge of Customer Service principles

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: *High School Diploma or GED
