Job Description

Job Impulse is currently seeking a Quality Control Specialist with expereince in logistics.

Account specific quality control for key account for a major international logisitics company. Responsibilities include, but are not limitied to:

• Plan the proper arrangement of goods within the warehouse and organize special requirements as needed, for optimal column flow through the designated warehouse section
• Identifying and reporting irregularities of any kind
• Planning, assigning and directing volume for quick turn around and delivery times in accordance of Key Account Client KPIs
• Addressing complaints and resolving problems
• Active communications with local and overseas stations as well as other internal or external stakeholders
• Follows all workplace processes and standards in support of ISO 9001-2015, CBP, TPAT and TSA rules and regulations.
• All operational activities assigned in regards of designated customer accounts, including but not limited to import handling, documentation, load quality, (pre)claim management, export documentation as well as inventory management and control, while maintaining compliance at all times.

Requirements:

Above average computer skills to include Microsoft Office.

Process driven and systems oriented.

Excellent English in written/spoken word as interaction with the customer will be required.

It will be 100% office/desk job so ability to view a computer for long periods a must.

Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management preferred

Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and optimize logistics processes

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order fulfillment processes

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Familiar with ISO 9001
