    Job Description

    Seeking a Compensation Analyst to support our client. This role is tactical in nature and will be responsible for analyzing compensation data within the organization and ensuring that our compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. They're looking for someone with a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of compensation structures and market trends.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Compensation Analysis and Benchmarking: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to benchmark compensation packages against industry standards. Ensure compensation practices remain competitive to attract and retain top talent.

    • Program Administration: Assist in the administration of compensation programs, including salary planning, incentive schemes, and equity plans. Ensure these programs are executed smoothly and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

    • Data Management: Collect, process, and maintain accurate compensation data. Utilize advanced data analysis tools to generate insightful reports and recommendations for compensation adjustments and improvements.

    • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and department managers to provide compensation support and guidance.

    • Performance Management: Support the integration of compensation programs with performance management systems, ensuring that pay-for-performance principles are effectively applied across the organization.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    ● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Experience working for a tech company

    ● A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis or a similar role within HR.

    ● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel.

    ● Knowledge of compensation practices, trends, and legal requirements.

    ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    ● Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

    ● Experience with HRIS and compensation management systems is preferred.
