Nationwide Inbound Inc. is looking for personable and energetic Customer Service Agents to join our ever-growing inbound call center. Customer Service Agents assist our clients, provide product/service information, fulfill customer needs, and try to resolve any problems callers face with accuracy and efficiency.
This position is perfect for someone with effective communication skills and a customer service mindset who enjoys working independently.
Schedule:
16 hours per week
Fridays & Saturdays
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Manage substantial amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
Provide excellent customer service to callers and visitors.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Maintain accurate records and ensure messages are delivered properly.
Assist with basic administrative and computer-related tasks.
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and general systems navigation).
Excellent phone and listening skills.
Professional, friendly, and courteous communication style.
Sales, customer service and/or call center experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
Self-motivated and dependable.
