Location: In-person Pay Range: $20 – $28 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-time

We’re looking for a Job Permit Administrator to join our Production Department and help keep our projects running smoothly from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and dependable, who enjoys keeping things organized and supporting both customers and crews in the field.

What You’ll Do

Manage and track permit applications from submission to completion.

Build and submit permit packets accurately and on time.

Coordinate project details, ensuring all materials, inspections, and documentation are in order.

Schedule and confirm inspections with local building departments.

Organize job files and photos in our digital system.

Provide customer service and communication between the production team, inspectors, and homeowners.

Order materials and coordinate deliveries as needed.

Occasionally visit job sites to drop off materials, pick up permits, or assist with project logistics.

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Comfortable using computers and digital tools to manage project data.

Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful—someone the team can count on.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for occasional permit or site trips).

Prior experience in roofing, construction, or permitting is a plus—but not required if you’re a fast learner!
